Overview

What is the Clearwater User Conference?

This two-day, complimentary, virtual event is an opportunity for Clearwater users and partners to come together as a community, optimize their use of the Clearwater system, and learn the latest in industry best practices.

When is the 2020 Clearwater User Conference?

  • Tuesday, September 15: Optional one-on-one trainings or meetings with your Clearwater team.
  • Wednesday, September 16: Day one of the conference from 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. EDT
  • Thursday, September 17: Day two of the conference from 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. EDT
  • Friday, September 18: Optional one-on-one trainings or meetings with your Clearwater team

Why is the 2020 conference being held virtually?

The health and safety of Clearwater clients, partners, and employees is and always has been our top priority. For that reason, and due to public health concerns resulting from the Covid-19 pandemic, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the on-site User Conference. Instead, we will transform this year’s User Conference into a virtual event.o

We will miss seeing everyone in person this year, but please know, our team is hard at work planning a fantastic, worthwhile virtual event that will still offer all the things you love about our conference: one-on-one trainings with your servicing team, thought-provoking and timely sessions, connections with industry peers, and timely sessions, connections with industry peers, and more!

This year's User Conference will be accessible via all major browsers, using a standard web-based technology.
